Outstanding Alumni City Challenge

 The City with the most citizens attending - WIN the challenge.  It doesn't matter what year you attended, you're still a citizen of THAT MGS City.  The Outstanding Alumni City Challenge will be counted with the following formula:

Current year (2009) less your delegate year = points earned per citizen

If you attended in 2008, your City will be awarded one point for your Alumni Event attendance.  If you attended in 1998, your City will be awarded 11 points, 1988 - 21 points and so on.  Yup....if you attended in 1948, you earn your City  61 points.   Gee, a couple of those will be tough to beat! 

The Outstanding Alumni City Trophy will be awarded to the current administration of the winning MGS City.
